Have a taurus that has a broken trigger bar had sent it back once took 6 plus weeks there warranty dept. is a JOKE will never buy a taurus again told them that and they said they were sorry to here that
At least he was honest about it and suggested you just go with the Lakeline spring. But it sucks that their parts are always on Backorder.
i had trouble with taurus too…. like i would call checkin on a parts status…..they would pick up n then hang up…….them i called them on my wifes phone n them they answered wtf is up with that "F" taurus their guns ain’t all that anyway I’ma stick with hipoint

I had no idea about that so basically I have a gun that could have been sent out the back door cause that is exactly what happened to my PT 145 millennium Pro the trigger broke were the trigger pin goes through to bad they still won’t fix my gun 😡😡😡😡

Man, I was debating what to do while I was waiting for the SCCY rep to pick up when I was waiting. I should have detailed one of my pistols.
Funny that the customer service rep says it won’t void the warranty but according to the manual, it is a modification that could void your warranty. Dang, this was a great conversation!

To be honest shit like this is why I would never own a Taurus . Too many issues and quality control is all over the place . If they get better than maybe, but as of how they aren’t even on my list .
All Honesty you have to remember that the parts comes from China 🇨🇳
N.Y. – they can’t except delivery of the 12 round to pin it down . That’s the problem it must be 10 rnd to come into N.Y.

Good warranty info at least even if you can’t get yours replaced but then again I would stay with the stainless guide rod…Good vid…Good stuff..
I almost purchased a Taurus, and after hearing several complaints like this, I choose to purchase a high point 9mm pistol yeah it’s cheap but I’ll be one to tell you, the gun does what it’s supposed to do, and I have probably ran 2000 rounds through it and I’ve never had an issue with it yet. than I purchased a high point 380 and it had some jamming issues I sent it to high point and 13 days later had a Brand new 380 delivered back to me with no issues know that’s what I call amazing service. So you gun snob’s say all the bad struff you want about a high point firearm but as my experience goes it’s an amazing firearm with an amazing LIFETIME WARRANTY, with an amazing price. I’ll be buying another high point 9mm carbine.
