I was really surprised at the reliability and accuracy of this compact pistol from Taurus. My son and I put rounds down range and we had a blast shooting this Brazilian made pistol.

This is my EDC pitsol and for good reason. One, it IS reliable and accurate and twelve round magazines are adequate for me, and two…….if I am ever in a self defense shooting, Heaven forbid, the police ARE going to take your firearm away from you until they determine that you are not a mass murderer and they will not treat your personal property the way that, oh…..say……some of you bestow the amount of love and care that you and I do to our personal property, you know, maintaining its monetary value, not beating it up because you don’t give a shit, the Taurus G3c fits the bill exactly. No, I do not want anybody beating up/abusing my personal property…..however, this is one gun that fits the bill for me. It is insanely affordable for the quality you get, it IS accurate, it IS reliable, it IS very shootable, I thought when I purchased it that it was going to be very snappy in the hand due to its small size…….it is not. It is very shootable. And for a compact 9mm that comes with three 12 round clips…….:-} :-} :-}, just kidding !!!! Uh, three 12 round BOX magazines. :-}, :-} [ Couldn’t help myself…..] it fits my bill exactly !!! Can’t say enough good about this offering from Taurus ! Signed, Doug.
My g3c wasn’t as accurate but it was still accurate enough for me to use for self defense, I’m having troubles with the hollow points but I put maybe less than 50 rounds through it I plan on shooting 100 rounds at least before I carry

Really like your vids, man. Really do. Got my G3c today from Rural King for $209.00. I got it home and I BURNT THE BARREL OFF THAT THING! No jams. No failures to feed. Nothing. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. As far as accuracy, well, I’ve got a few years on me and my eyesight isn’t what it was 30 plus years ago. But at 7 yards, I wouldn’t want me shooting at me with it. Taking my time and with a good rest, it put 10 out of 13 in a 3 3/8" spread. Now I don’t care who ya are or where you’re from, that ain’t bad for an old guy. As far as the trigger goes, had better. Also had a whole lot worse. And this one, for some reason or another, and again at 7 yards likes Winchester Defender 147 grain bonded JHP rounds. Money well spent I think.
I have a PT 111 Millennium G2…bought it in 2017. I like it a lot but I was looking into the G2C or G3C. The rear sight on my PT 111 came loose, and I’ve read that the G2C has had the same issue. I was wondering if the G3C had the same problem.

I have owned two pistols in my life. I own other guns ur just don’t really have the budget for more. Anyways I owned a glock17 gen3 but I sold it to help pay for a move to a gun friendly state. Just bought a g3c when I got to we’re I was going. And it was half the price of what I payed for the glock and I think the trigger in the Taurus is way nicer. I haven’t had it long but it’s been 100 percent upto this date
does it shoot low, as some say?

I purchased a G3C for my first fire arm and love it! I’m from Nevada as well and moved to GA 2 years ago. We’re allowed to conceal carry out here now even without a permit so I use it as my EDC. 👍🏾

I just bought a G3C a couple days ago can’t wait to test it out. How is the felt recoil between the G3C and the full size G3? I’m guessing there isn’t too much of a difference 22 oz vs 24 oz. I’m not recoil sensitive just wondering cause I have a Ruger EC9s and that thing is snappy as can be lol

Shhhh….. that’s a secret. I have own a Taurus 1911 for several years now, it shoots better groups than my friend’s $2,000 kimber. We have run them side by side and switched shooters, the Taurus consistently beat the Kimber. Maybe I just got a good one, but it ain’t for sale, lol.

Taurus has been making great pistols ever since their PT111 Millennium G2 came out. It is the immediate predecessor to the G2c and G3c. I have one and love it. I just ordered a G3C to add to my Taurus collection. Their revolvers have been great quality for a couple of decades, at least. Let the gun snobs overspend.
Taurus also Makes those budget friendly rough riders. Great little cowboy plinkers for budget guns. I was wondering if you thought those G3C’s would hold up well over time? I’ve heard many great things about them. I too, love the way they look. I also feel like they’re a great budget gun. I’m torn between the M206 and the G3C for C&C..What do you feel would be better for that? 38 snub’s are pretty reliable, Also is the 38 ammo cheaper? or are they around the same cost? sorry, I have no idea. The 1st Generation was the PT-111 Millennium Pro. I had a couple in .40 cal about 15 years ago.
