I had a 44 mag taurus tracker and it was pre owned and rough as toast. Dismantled the gun, spent 2 days polishing it with mothers mag and soft dremmel pads and swapped out the grips for rosewood. Absolutely beautiful it came out.

What factory ammo would you recommend for a snub 357 brotha?
Looking into getting a pocket gun. I own a Glock 17 but that thing is so big. I can carry it but I want something smaller. I’m looking at getting one
I had an 8 shot Taurus .357 Magnum. It was an experience, to have in my name. I don’t understand why make a 5 shot .357 Magnum instead of a 6 cylinder ❓❓ Other than that I like the gun. I’ll go with a 3 inch barrel Toro 605 ✅
Do you have ballistics with that? I’m curious how fast those are moving out of that 2inch

I have the exact same pistol except mine has a black cylinder. The one difference in mine mas a 4 inch barrel and a front night site., After seeing how well this worked for you I am defiantly picking up the 2 in version, I just love the snubbies!. That would make a great little pocket gun. A lot of people think that short of a barrel has no accuracy, but those little things can still sling a pretty accurate round. Taurus has came a long way in improving their quality in the last few years. I now have several of their revolvers and all have functioned perfect. Nice video!
I bought the 605, I’m not going to lie, that DA pull is something to get used to. I just got it and haven’t actually shot it yet, but I’m looking forward to doing so. That being said, at this point, I feel more confident w/my .9 Taurus G2C, but I HOPE to get to the point where I can confidently carry my 605 revolver.

Just bought the 605 2 days ago. I carry a full size Taurus G3 with 2 mags and the 605 to carry as a back up in my pocket. Good for a coat pocket too, you dont have to draw it because it dont have a slide and you can shoot through your coat if you have no choice. I like the grips, they are fairly comfy in my hands but I do wish they was a little bigger.

I have had mine for about 3 years now and still loving it. The only minor problem i had was with a screw coming loose, but my gun smith took care of that before I had to send it back. Lovely noise maker. I am just a Taurus fan like that. Got my hands of a 942 finally the other day for almost 2 times what it normally cost, but man do I love shooting that gun, recoil very minimal. This video got me cracking up. Dude you should do auctions. Love the voice.

How’s the kick compared to .38 special
I like the grips. They do the matte finish to keep cost down. I prefer how the Ruger SP101 is finished, brushed stainless though. I used to have the model 85 that was a 5 round but when the 856 came out I changed to it in an ultra light for light weight and 6 rounds. Still thinking about the 605 too because it’s so cheaply priced compared to the other brands and seems to be decent quality.

I too love the Taurus revolvers! You should try your federal punch 22lr tests with the 942. Never seen anyone run em through a Taurus. Great content man, thanks for these entertaining tests!

Just got the 3 inch 605 – my research shows 3 inches is best for 357 revolvers – more carryable and also most rounds aren’t much faster in a 4 inch vs a 3 inch, but are enough faster than 2 inch to justify.
