I own a G2C and a G3c and a G3, there is almost no difference in handling with both G3. Having a few other well established with reputable 9mm pistols, I was in a gunshop, just looking and I seen the Taurus G2C . From the companies past, i kind of likened to a Saturday Night Special. At the price was maybe $199 out the door, i bought the G2C for plinking around. I took to the range, locked and cocked….and it cycled beautifully. Instead of sighting my other 9s that day, I just ran that Taurus, probably about 400 rounds. Not one malfunction, ejection jam. Was f$#kin nice! Then a few years later they put out the G3C and at the shop i went to buy, they had a G3, so I bought both AND both was about $500. You can barley touch a crappy model Glock for that. Again, same outstanding performance of the G3 and G3C. This is a solid 9 iron for your holster. Because of the price i was more lenient to put this pistol through some gruel. like my outdoor trips, backpacking or even everyday conceal. Ive took it holstered in my military type field rifle training, literally ive beat the crap out of this G3, other than having to replace sights ( because i banged them so hard they bent in activities like urban combat training against concrete walls) It still cycles and functions optimally. Even though the price , I can go and purchace top dollar firearms, that really doesnt matter. I suggest anyone who likes decent guns to check this G3C. They say its CC, i think they should consider calling it a UTILITY, because it is a great conceal carry and great home defensive a great self defensive AND its well suited for tactical.

Sigh..why cant people understand that the G series of Taurus has to have the long take up in the trigger in order to keep the re – strike capability. Great triggers with a very nice reset. Good review though..

I have both the G3 (1000+ rds) and G3c (200 rds). Shot both brass and steel case ammo. No malfunctions. I did paint the front sight dot fluorescent orange on both for better acquisition. Great pistols. Taurus has definitely stepped up their game.
