How about you just practice with your firearm. Then you won’t need any of these absurd force multipliers.

  3. Tom smith on March 25, 2023 at 3:04 am

so smith doesnt offer a factory +2 option or anything? i dont think id trust or modify something aftermarket like this to fit. i dont trust the pro mag or 10 round clip options either

  4. Sheepdog Chappy on March 25, 2023 at 3:06 am

  5. HL TroUbLe on March 25, 2023 at 3:08 am

How did u get 12 rounds i need to know if that worked for u

  6. Brandon Stiles on March 25, 2023 at 3:08 am

How did you get the magguts to work in the hyve +2? I have both and really like them but can’t get them to work together.

  7. shuumai on March 25, 2023 at 3:09 am

My Hyve +2 extension is very hard to lock into the mag well. Is that normal? I ended up folding one spring loop over itself to slightly shorten the spring.

  8. Junior 83 on March 25, 2023 at 3:09 am

Very stupid to run magguts in your hyve or any other aftermarket extended base pad. It’s not made for that. It might work 1000 times, but that 1001 time when your life depends on it and you have a malfunction your screwed. Very irresponsible to put out a video without a disclaimer saying it’s not made to work like that

  9. youcanrunnaked on March 25, 2023 at 3:10 am

Are any of the three mods you showed (Magguts; HYVE; EMP) available for the .45 cal Shield?

  10. condore19 on March 25, 2023 at 3:10 am

Hiw did you come up with the 8 rounders+2 using EMP, while it only indicates only for 7 rounders?

  11. Ryan Newbern on March 25, 2023 at 3:16 am

    Good info.

  12. Oak Ridge Review on March 25, 2023 at 3:21 am

How has the Magguts run in your +2 extension? I emailed them and they pretty much told me to bug off. Haha

  13. Matt Jones on March 25, 2023 at 3:21 am

I wonder if that gap on the strike is enough where the mag may bump the ejector if you slam it too hard.

  14. Jeff Omspaugh on March 25, 2023 at 3:23 am

Length comparisons between the 8rd and the 8+2 EMP would have been nice to see.

  15. Jason Robert on March 25, 2023 at 3:23 am

Since N.J. sucks and it’s run by liberals all this is illegal for me 🙁 I’m stuck to 10 bullshit rounds 🙁

  16. justin drever on March 25, 2023 at 3:24 am

Great video man. Short, direct, and to the point. Good comparisons all around.

  17. Dc2 on March 25, 2023 at 3:25 am

A little off topic, you know of any other +1 base plates other than the hyve?

  18. Chandler Oakes on March 25, 2023 at 3:25 am

How are you able to release the slide on both of your Shield’s without having to "Sling Shot" the slide? If it’s a mod, please let us know.

  19. TiTaN on March 25, 2023 at 3:29 am

Great video and comparison. I like the EMP extension best. I’m wondering how the spring will hold up over time? I guess I’ll have to buy one and find out.
    I just can’t spend 30-35 bucks for the Hyve. That’s 2 S&W 8 round mags.

  20. MrJRon115 on March 25, 2023 at 3:32 am

Nice Vid, I have a question. Did the Magguts +1 spring work with the HYVE +2 in that 8 rounder? It ended up holding 11, right? I am curious if any work together. I also am curious which ones are smaller in length.

  21. Sonny Moe Jr on March 25, 2023 at 3:32 am

Anyone know of a mag extension for s&w 9mm m&p shield ez??

  22. Jeff Omspaugh on March 25, 2023 at 3:33 am

Can’t do a gun video without saying purchase

  23. Snorp Echumgalimp on March 25, 2023 at 3:33 am

Nothing beats the MagGuts spring replacement for S&W Shield magazines. Nothing!

  24. Julius Maldonado on March 25, 2023 at 3:38 am

Can you do a follow up on the emp

  25. Derek Brandes on March 25, 2023 at 3:43 am

I thought magguts internals with a Hyve +2 base plate didn’t allow for +3 total?

  26. Brandon Lazarczyk on March 25, 2023 at 3:43 am

Have you used the magguts plus one with the EMP base plate?

  27. Jon eifer on March 25, 2023 at 3:46 am

I have 2 strike industries mag extensions on my 8rd mags. Took some filing to fit the sleve over the metal tab. I filed the metal tab down not the plastic sleve. Makes for a great extra mag holding a couple more rounds. Have to check into the Magguts. Running the stock spring with 10rds having good function so far.

  28. Steban DeLeon on March 25, 2023 at 3:47 am

Does it fit flush or is there a gap?

  29. Paul Aragon on March 25, 2023 at 3:48 am

Have you found that some factory 8 round mags come polished and the exact same item number of others are dull and rough?

  30. 2remaynS Porter on March 25, 2023 at 3:49 am

Does the EMP extension work with the maggots that’s what I want to know

  31. Larry Janson on March 25, 2023 at 3:54 am

A set screw ok. but a "bracket" that will fall off and get lost. do any of these mag "extenders" add weight to the mag?

  32. Jorddy B on March 25, 2023 at 3:55 am

I personally like the tyrant designs base plate

  33. Upnorth Vlogs on March 25, 2023 at 3:56 am

Love mine holds 1 for my 40 but love the extra grip fells like it’s made for the gun

  34. DERIO PINO on March 25, 2023 at 3:57 am

Great video man! Gonna go order it now

  35. ejvillanuevayt on March 25, 2023 at 3:58 am

What spring did you mention you were using? Mag guts?
