Rotating barrel is totally power bottom

  2. Smith & Wesson on February 17, 2023 at 2:12 am

Be a man and just appendix carry the full-size threaded gun. 😘

  3. EVERYDAY TAEQWONDO on February 17, 2023 at 2:15 am

    I like it!

  4. Matthew Attaway on February 17, 2023 at 2:17 am

AAC just dropped 5.7×28 for around half the price. You just have to catch it in stock because it sells out almost immediately!

  5. Tommy Sands on February 17, 2023 at 2:18 am

i will never give any of my money to the sellouts at S&W

  6. StagFabulous on February 17, 2023 at 2:18 am

I get the feeling that the 10mm vs 5.7 discussion is going to be the future’s equivalent of the .45ACP vs 9mm debate.

  7. Stee whoop on February 17, 2023 at 2:19 am

Just got a ps90 last week… Are you ceiling catting me?

  8. Miguel Salazar on February 17, 2023 at 2:19 am

I really hope Smith & Wesson makes this in FDE😍

  9. Steven karkkainen on February 17, 2023 at 2:20 am

They have an excellent warranty on their guns and the price is right! 😃👍🇺🇸

  10. Buckshot on February 17, 2023 at 2:22 am

If you don’t carry an hk usp 45 elite everyday then please don’t talk to me

  11. LILWagonBurner on February 17, 2023 at 2:23 am

Imagine a sw version of the Ruger 5-7 carbine except it has the tempo gas system and is still grip magazine fed.

  12. bob jones on February 17, 2023 at 2:23 am

need .22 TCM to make it. better round in all respects

  13. Stee whoop on February 17, 2023 at 2:24 am

    Duh get em

  14. tengujoker on February 17, 2023 at 2:25 am

Anyone else wanting that firing system in 9 mm???

  15. Andy Tuttle on February 17, 2023 at 2:28 am

James, I think you would find the 22 TCM is superior to the 5.7 in a number of ways, particularly for handloading. Regards,
    -Tutt

  16. Bowt Guy on February 17, 2023 at 2:29 am

    Sig should make a 365 in 5.7

  17. CC California on February 17, 2023 at 2:31 am

    Thanks James!!👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  18. Tim Johnson on February 17, 2023 at 2:34 am

What’s up with the frame gap drooping at the front. It’s not an even gap all the way across the top of frame and slide, like it’s melted or something. I have 6 m&p pistols and none look that crappy

  19. r1pbuck on February 17, 2023 at 2:34 am

Would the 5.7 make a good carbine round? [Asking for a friend…].

  20. WMDMithbuster on February 17, 2023 at 2:34 am

Nifty, giant gun that shoots gold plated 22 mag.

  21. BlkHorse212 on February 17, 2023 at 2:35 am

I watch these videos, even when I don’t care about the gun, because… sarcasm.

  22. Joshua Espinosa on February 17, 2023 at 2:38 am

Lol wife pick a place for dinner. Bro you are trying to solve an unsolvable problem. Fix world hunger first lol

  23. TheSquidNinja on February 17, 2023 at 2:39 am

I’ve never wanted to impulse buy a new gun before. Fuck me I want it

  24. Nolan George on February 17, 2023 at 2:40 am

You didn’t even mention the floating barrel and it’s gas operated? Bet it recoils less than the FN too. Come on man!

  25. Dylan_Lewis on February 17, 2023 at 2:40 am

I already pick one up and its working great. I did have a round nose dive in the mag and cause them to stick, this only happened one and was probably how I loaded the mags.

Seriously the lightest recoiling centerfire I’ve ever shot.

  26. Zachary Zorn on February 17, 2023 at 2:41 am

Good video JR as usual! I am no expert, but I personally worry about dirt, sand, etc getting into the port cutouts of any pistol and wreaking havoc on reliability and increased malfunctions. Not that it’s less reliable, just seen it happen with Gucci Glocks and 1911s and Sigs used in shooting courses where debris makes them fail. Also wonder how many rounds of 5.7 you get out of a rotating barrel before you have to break it down and clean all the buildup.. I feel a 5,000 round 5.7 showdown coming!!!

  27. Brice Gately on February 17, 2023 at 2:42 am

I hope someone comes out with a carbine using these mags, also stendos. cough cough S&W

  28. succ on February 17, 2023 at 2:42 am

this is the chicken sandwich of handguns

  29. TJ Sosalito on February 17, 2023 at 2:45 am

I wish sig made an mpx in 5.7×28

  30. ChoppedWheat on February 17, 2023 at 2:46 am

had just under 10 from the same box of american eagle have the bullet fall out of the case. From what I’ve heard it was a qc control problem during covid.

  31. Vespertilio Reviews on February 17, 2023 at 2:47 am

    Is the slide stainless?

  32. Hard4Jesus on February 17, 2023 at 2:47 am

This guy is biased against PSA. His opinion is disregarded.

  33. Kermyt Padilla on February 17, 2023 at 2:48 am

    I want one now 😍

  34. Dale Earnest on February 17, 2023 at 2:48 am

FN FiveSeven has an internal hammer as well not a striker

  35. MrLoobu on February 17, 2023 at 2:49 am

It does transfer less energy and do less damage, and that’s not a bad thing. If it penetrates cover and armor better, that’s still the potential difference between being fine or being dead. Besides that fact is that you get reduced weight, increased ammo capacity, reduced recoil and more accurate shots faster.

  36. AltronT on February 17, 2023 at 2:49 am

I almost wish M&P would have named this gun the “Sword”

  37. Lone Wolf Gardening on February 17, 2023 at 2:55 am

Not a huge fan of m&p’s but I’d like one of these. Not to mention aftermarket triggers for them have come a long way assuming a aftermarket trigger would work for this. I have a disdain for hinged trigger.

  38. Jason Rice on February 17, 2023 at 2:57 am

    Dat slide gap, doe?

  39. Stee whoop on February 17, 2023 at 2:59 am

    700 plus fees on gb

  40. Weed Wacker on February 17, 2023 at 3:00 am

    Glock for the kitchen
    Glock for the bedroom
    _PSA_ for the bathroom
…so you don’t have to make an extra trip to sh!t on it.

  41. NoVa JB on February 17, 2023 at 3:02 am

Is the 5.7 too spicy for some 22lr cans? I would imagine it produces some serious heat.

  42. Mr Orange on February 17, 2023 at 3:02 am

I would want it for concealed carry but it’s just so damn long

  43. Rick Acree on February 17, 2023 at 3:05 am

I own my 2nd PSA Rock 5.7 but I understand your sentiment. The 1st Rock I owned was having chambering issues that culminated in it firing out of battery and blowing up in my hand. It took two months for PSA to honor their warranty and replace the pistol and optic which was DESTROYED. I had video evedience that the issue was completely a firearm problem and even their own evidence that the round fired out of battery but they still wanted to place the blame on me somehow. I will say that the 2nd Rock 5.7 they sent me has performed perfectly and from the very 1st round shot completely different from the inital one. PSA really needs to improve their quality control before they get someone killed.

All that being said I am on the list for an M&P 5.7 when they become available

  44. bob jones on February 17, 2023 at 3:06 am

looks like it wants to be a Mk23 lol

  45. spartansfan1026 on February 17, 2023 at 3:07 am

Who is Peter Jensen? A lot of the jokes on this channel go over my head so I’m finally going to ask about one.

  46. Spartight 33 on February 17, 2023 at 3:07 am

When is someone going to make an MP7 style in 5.7

  47. Nathan on February 17, 2023 at 3:09 am

5.7’s are like tampons and mustang’s……………every pu$$y needs one!

  48. Scott Harper on February 17, 2023 at 3:09 am

But YM says this is possibly the worst gun of the century 😂

  49. B B64 on February 17, 2023 at 3:09 am

I can’t believe it’s 2023 and not one single gun on the market has a highlighted Grip Zone. Where the fuck is the grip zone.

  50. Gunsnwater on February 17, 2023 at 3:10 am

I’m interested in how the locked breach treats the brass for reloading.
