M&P 5" CORE with a ported barrel and RMR 1 MOA.

We shoot the M&P 5″ slide with the Trijicon RMR 1 MOA. I’m a fan of having different slides for different applications. The ported barrel does mitigate the recoil slightly. On the downside it push lots of carbon onto the front sight.
With the ported barrel, are you getting carbon on the RMR after prolonged use?
Question. I was wondering if the mounting plates that come with the pistol are flat or do they have pegs and cuts that lock it into the slide and optic?
Also I definitely agree with you on the 6 moa dot. Much better for pistol work.
Good video. Your assessment on red dot sizing is useful.
Regret not getting the CORE version when I got my M&P Pro several years ago. Do they sell CORE slides separately or would I have to get my slide milled? How much would that typically cost to get it milled?
You are correct about the bounce.
6 would act more stable to eye my thoughts 💭 great 👍 set up an video 🇺🇸
Obnoxious music
507C has the best of both worlds with the 32MOA circle dot. I wish RMR06 had that.
Is that a 45 acp ?
Is there a CORE barrel for the 2.0 w/4" barrel? I know there’s one for the gen 1 M&P and I’ve seen some wear that that barrel will fit the frame of the 2.0. Can you clear that up for me? Thank you sir.
Slow is smooth and smooth is Fast. (just saying)
What kind of holster are you using? Thanks
Approximately what MOA would a fiber optic sight be on that same gun?
I’m a big fan of the 1911 platform, thank GOD for John Moses Browning. Any new vids coming for the 1911’s? Love that Hat.
FYI, Leupold Delta Point Pro will NOT zero on a non-ported M&P. Ported yes, just barely.
