I was in my local FFL the other day picking up some non firearm related items and I asked if they had seen any of these. They said yeah we just got the first one in this morning! I took a look at it and needless to say it went home with me. It was so new that even the staff had not had a chance to check it out! The armorer even asked my permission to see it. I had to laugh. Like he needed permission! I was going to sell my older M&P 9 2.0 to help make up the $789.99 price tag but later when I took it out of the safe it looked at me like daddy what did I do? LOL Ok its staying in the family. I will just eat ramen for a while LOL. Its worth it.
Jerry’s a natural for sure. This is a real eye-catcher from S&W. I Wonder what he thinks of the bull shark gray? Same frame different flavor right?
Making a metal frame, but not having normal grip panels is a complete waste. You’re essentially buying the same gun, just metal. At least with the poly frame you get less weight. A metal frame, I guess maybe more weight = less recoil… but I wouldn’t carry it.
Oh look, Smith and Wesson dreamed up metal frames for our polymer-framed guns, cue the marketing department, hey let’s get our paid spokesperson to say they are superior so we can sell them at double what the price point should be…
No surprise since Sig is doing the same thing for the 320…

We started out with metal guns, then a generation came around and said they were too heavy, then polymer guns became a thing, and now here we are…back to metal guns again lol.
