The family of a Buffalo shooting victim may sue major gun manufacturer Remington, whose headquarters are expected to move to LaGrange, Georgia within four years.
He says guns that shoots hundreds of rounds in seconds. This wasn’t a fully auto from the manufacturer.

What a joke. What people don’t realize is… guns are absolutely dangerous. So are edged weapons, engine powered anything, drugs, the internet, etc. The thing we’re missing here is, who would let a mentally unstable person alone with unsupervised reign over any of it? This person could just as easily hop in their car, plow through a crowded sidewalk, and put a higher KD up in seconds. They could improvise an explosive device, and take more in even less time. The danger comes from the person, and their method of destruction. See, the media, and society as a whole, glorify these incidents and treat the losers as a martyr to their cause to take the guns. It’s infamy in the easiest format. Maybe, just maybe, we treat them as the losers they are, and not the poster child, albeit with a circle and line thru it, for a political talking point for months. I saw that live vid of the shooting. That is not just a tool, that is an assault rifle. Those people did not had a chance in hell against it. Not a chance in hell. Three people where dead before they even knew what was happening.
That is ridiculous. The lawsuit should be toward the agency that was aware that this guy was sick when he was reported in school. Then being allowed to purchase a firearm after. How would any gun manufacturer be liable? So you should be able to sue the car manufacturer if that car crashed into you? It is a tragedy what happened, but to go after a manufacturer is absurd.
