It’s simple: if you support banning the most common rifles in America then you’re a traitor and should be treated as such

  2. 101AASLT on July 30, 2022 at 7:42 pm

    Rifles: 450 homicides a year

    Knives: 1,700 homicides a year

Unarmed beatings: 650 homicides a year

Banning “assault weapons” is about political power, not safety.

Vast majority of the MILLIONS of semiauto rifles in circulation are used peacefully to protect family and freedom. Seconds count when police are minutes away or don’t show up at all.

  3. Z ZZ on July 30, 2022 at 7:43 pm

An automatic weapon is no longer for protection. If someone wishes to purchase an automatic weapon they should have an extensive background check and mental health check plus gun safety training course (must pass) with someone that can determine if that person should get the gun. Notice it doesn’t affect 2nd amendment rights because it’s not saying no to all guns just automatic weapons. Automatic weapons should be considered military weapons and unavailable to the public.

  7. Assassin 71 on July 30, 2022 at 7:46 pm

“assault weapon” is usually your first hint the person talking doesn’t know much about firearms

  8. urwur on July 30, 2022 at 7:47 pm

What is there to debate about!!! If the lawmaker’s children were shot killed/wounded they will still debate about it. They are far from of it. They worry about their own pockets. enough is enough!

In the 20th century 52 million innocent people were disarmed by their government and then rounded up and killed for disagreeing with them.learn some history before it repeats itself in America

  12. RUN DMC likes to walk on July 30, 2022 at 7:52 pm

How about security in schools? Or metal detectors like they have in the hood? Orrrrrr mandatory gun glasses when you buy a gun? Literally so many other ways to combat violence. Through education, safety courses, and mental health help. This country is full of crazy people and the left support them all.

  13. Russia is a joke 😂 on July 30, 2022 at 7:53 pm

Sounds like we need to kill politicians that want to disarm citizens of this country.

You need to brush up on your English it is a Sports Rifle so stop lying

  15. Jose Temali on July 30, 2022 at 7:53 pm

There is no debate when you watch the anti gun/constitutional polititians debate.. Its all based off emotions and lies..
The 2nd amendment isnt about hunting

  16. John Austin on July 30, 2022 at 7:59 pm

Ban them. We’ll make our own. I’ve built two myself. My uncle was a Gunsmith. He left me with bit of knowledge. Fairly easy to build a full automatic rifle from almost ANY Rifle. Come get mine. Bring backup. You’ll need it. Green Dots…..

  20. Marcelo&Ilda Hernandez on July 30, 2022 at 8:03 pm

Congress needs to bite the hand that keeps feeding their bank accounts and hold the gun makers accountable!

  23. Here2 Play on July 30, 2022 at 8:06 pm

Almost everyone that opposes guns don’t know the first thing about them, it’s insane

  24. Ape Like Thinking on July 30, 2022 at 8:06 pm

No debate needed. Less than 400 people are killed every year from AR’s or any other rifle. The banning of AR’s is just the beginning. They’ll come for your pistols next.

  26. deckape69 on July 30, 2022 at 8:08 pm

How can there be a debate, when it is the government that regulates/allow gun merchants to sell any person any legal weapon with a simple background check.

  27. MotoSota RC on July 30, 2022 at 8:09 pm

In 1775 the Musket was an assault weapon, technology changes but your 2nd Amendment Rights don’t.

  28. Jeff Taylor on July 30, 2022 at 8:11 pm

Good luck, come and get some

  29. Andrew Gatton on July 30, 2022 at 8:14 pm

    If I can’t have an AR-15, that’s okay. I have an AR-10, that’s 5 ARs less so it’s quite a bit safer than the 15.

  30. Jeff Taylor on July 30, 2022 at 8:15 pm

These politicians are local problems, we must recognize the problem and deal with the problem

  31. Tommy Lucas on July 30, 2022 at 8:15 pm

Democrats desperately trying to twist the narrative and distract America from what a mess Democrats are making of our country and the world

  32. OneBgBdArtemis on July 30, 2022 at 8:16 pm

I’ll bet a dollar that the second a lawmaker or their family is taken out or maimed by someone wielding a weapon there’ll be no more posturing or gaslighting and some real legislation will be out in place pronto.
As long as it doesn’t affect them, they’re blind to who they’re supposed to represent. In fact they’re blind but for power and wealth

  33. Mitchel Rowe on July 30, 2022 at 8:16 pm

    Enough is enough
Why are vehicle manufacturers allowed to sell killing machines that weight at minimum 1 ton and mangle and destroy the bodies of those it hits and even those driving it.
You do not need to own a vehicle of war!

  35. ablindman on July 30, 2022 at 8:18 pm

Democrats and RINOs will have their day if they pass this 🐂💩. They already have lost the public by majority and are trying their hardest to get a Shri Lanka effect.

When you ask them to describe how any weapon functions they turn into retards.

  38. DMax M249 on July 30, 2022 at 8:20 pm

Biden shouldn’t be able to ban certain guns especially since he doesn’t even know anything about guns. Unconstitutional

  39. k333rl on July 30, 2022 at 8:21 pm

how is an AR any easier to get or any more dangerous than half a dozen other semi-auto, magazine fed, gas operated rifles out on the market?

  40. Zach Stewart on July 30, 2022 at 8:21 pm

Have a 5 minute conversation with anyone who hates guns, and you’ll quickly find out, they have 0 idea about ANYTHING regarding them

  41. YOUtoobed on July 30, 2022 at 8:22 pm

Government: Give us more power and a monopoly on violence for your…”safety.”

School destroys more lives and no one is banding them.

  44. 80" Reach on July 30, 2022 at 8:30 pm

This is a 2 sided argument. If those guns aren’t available then of course this solves the issue. On the other hand America promotes gun like chic Fila promotes chicken. It’s never going to be solved and we’ll continue to see alarming death rates that we’ve become immune to.

  45. MIDWEST PERSPECTIVE on July 30, 2022 at 8:31 pm

Well if the government stopped funding 18 year old kids $2000 rifles we wouldn’t be in this position

  49. Seth Lamson on July 30, 2022 at 8:37 pm

There is no "debate". They are once again attempting to pass unconstitutional laws to erode the rights of US citizens. Nor only that they are wholly ignorant on firearms. David Cicilline said just the other day a pistol brace is a work around for a bump stock that increases the rate of fire to that of a machine gun.

  50. G.G. Hochstetler on July 30, 2022 at 8:39 pm

There is nothing to debate. Either get your 2/3 and amend the constitution or shut up about it. Rights are not something that we debate. You don’t have a say when it comes to my rights.
