Uvalde is across the state from Houston. Small town, thank you for praying, vote your hearts this fall… research the candidates, no blame, just facts.

Please do something for the 30th anniversary of the 18 September 1992 Piney Point Elementary school shooting!

4 months to put together a documentary. Interview former HPD D.A.R.E officer Lowell Neinast. He works for Fort Bend county sheriff’s department or Sugar Land? He may be retired now.

The NRA is most responsible for mass shootings.

I presume all firearms will be banned in consideration for the safety of all other attendees.

Neither the Constitution, nor state law, impose a general duty upon police officers or other governmental officials to protect individual persons from harm — even when they know the harm will occur,” said Darren L. Hutchinson, a professor and associate dean at the University of Florida School of Law. “Police can watch someone attack you, refuse to intervene and not violate the Constitution.”

The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that the government has only a duty to protect persons who are “in custody,” he pointed out.

Why Does the NRA convention need security?????

  13. Tisha on July 30, 2022 at 8:24 pm

It’s seems a little insensitive of them to hold the convention but they had no way of knowing another mass shooting would occur. Unfortunately there will be many more shootings and this tragedy was hurtful and I was in tears over it. But I do own a gun for protection of myself in my home.

ONE QUESTION? WHAT DOES BLACK LIVES MATTER HAVE TO DO WITH THE SHOOTING OF THE SCHOOL. WHAT DO DEMOCRATS CARE? THIS OUR CHANCE TO SHINE. FINALLY LET THE HISPANICS SHINE. I THOUGHT THE DEMOCRATS AND BLM WERE PRO ABORTIONS. NOW THEY SEEM TO CARE FOR THE KIDS???

Why can’t we have this protection at our schools? I can’t think of anything more valuable than our children.

  17. William Francis on July 30, 2022 at 8:30 pm

The security for an NRA event gets top priority. It is obvious children’s lives don’t matter much to most elected officials and law enforcement UNLESS their children are affected.
