Would it work with the holosun 509 or 508?

My plate is stuck. I took the screws out but can’t seem to get the plate off the pins. Do you have a solution?

For what it’s worth – I have am M&P EZ – 380. I used the Outerimpact recommended plate & dovetail ( steel ). I am using a small Holosun and all was good.
So, fast forward 250 rounds ( ballpark – plus or minus a few ) and the dovetail slide is loose. Yep, not a happy camper.
No abuse, just a lot of double-taps – nuthin outta the ordinary. Went to clean it last night after range-time and lo and behold, the dovetail was loose.
I actually did a double take for a second, as I was looking at it, because the whole thing had moved to one side – I was like “huh?”…and yep…LOOSE.
So, I can only surmise that, the steel used for the dovetail is crappy. I am considering buying another plate, just to rule this out ( plus there seems to be an updated version ) but I am certainly

Will this work for a holster made for a red dot or does the plate make it too tall? Just curious cause if it does not I will have to get my slide milled and would rather go with this option, its cheaper and reversible. Thanks.

Do you make mounts for the SAR CM9? I have heard that the dovetail is the same as S and Wesson?

Great video with a helpful hint but I am still scratching my head thinking about what kind of a Bad shooter You must be because the sights you are exchanging are just as good if not better than a battery-operated none waterproof red or green dot. I’m LMFAO

Great product but this video is such low quality like you dont care. Re shoot the damn thing with everything done correctly! The guy is just beating his slide instead of using the brass punch you say to use. 🤷🏻♂️ no explanation of the spring until it goes flying😂 come on guys.

Alright I’ll be honest. When I first saw this product I was kind of skeptical and really hesitant. I’m not gentle with my guns, I run them fairly hard and was worried how this might hold up.
I’ve been carrying/shooting with this mount for a few months now and I can honestly say I’m glad I bought it. Even with hundreds of rounds of 40sw and me beating on the optic when I run my malfunction clearing drills I haven’t had any issues with this plate holding zero or anything of that nature.
If you’re thinking about buying one. Go for it. It’s worth it.
Great info. I have gotten very frustrated with my 40, I can’t seem to adjust my sights what so ever. I have a great set of fiber optic green sights on it very easy to acquire your target and make sure your lined up. However, I shoot consistently down and to the left. I’ve worked on hand grip and such. I still hit down and to the left when aiming center mass. If I aim with Kentucky windage up and to the right I hit center every time. SO I know it’s the sights. Hopefully with this add on I’ll get a perfect zero going. I’d like to shoot my 40 in competition and this will help a lot. Thanks for the video.
Where can I get that Torx driver?
I’m installing on my Shield 9mm.. but.. the screws in (dvt)…seem to be too long? This for the piece going into five tail? Is there a pair shorter?
