I have the m&p shield 40 performance center do all the accessories fit on this the same I can’t find any specifically for the performance center model

I agree the trigger is horrible out the box. Mine was 14lbs. I ended up with the apex trigger and spring kit. That was about 8 years ago. Took it to about 7 lbs.

Well imagine that a Performance Center gun with a Thumb Safety. I sold all my Shields when S&W said they were not going to put thumb safeties on the Performance Center models. So I went with Sig’s and have no intentions on going back! Especially when the snotty ais Smith guy at the NRA Convention gave me THE "TOO BAD, AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN, SO GET OVER IT"….

I prefer to carry the light separately 1) less weight 2) there are times where it would be smart to get your light out before you even consider drawing your handgun.

I recently got the M&P Shield 9mm 2.0 but both mags that came with it can hold 16 and 1 in the chamber. Love the mag though.

I just bought a 45 shield yesterday. It however will be my winter concealed carry, and my Ruger LCP 380 will remain as my summer carry. I am very excited about the shield though, it gets nothing but great reviews and apparently it is pretty accurate. Another plus is that I can find ammo for it. No such luck for the 380.
The trigger on my performance center isn’t bad at all. I have been thinking of getting one of the hyve triggers anyway though.
