i have the 1911-22 the m9-22 after you get them broke in they shoot great
My Chiappa MC-27 has been plagued with failure to eject, failure to feed, failure to fires. I tried lots of ammo to find a type of likes, it will take nothing.
I will go with Taurus for my budget guns.
I LIKE IT !
Buds Gun Shop has the MC27E, and the MC27 Tactical, with a nearly $100.00 difference, yet both have the same model number on Buds (440.032) I can’t find these as different models on the Chiappa site. What is the difference between these two pistols?
M27 PD is already available in 9mm on Gun Broker. When will the .40 version be ready…
The MC27 looks awesome. Is it actually reliable?
My friend had a Chiappa 1911-22. Seeing the performance of that made having confidence in a Chiappa difficult.
What are the chances that your MC27 would be a better experience than the 1911-22?
I’m really not asking that to be a jerk. The gun looks awesome. I would just have to have my concerns about reliability of past Chiappa firearms addressed.
Just got my new Chiappa MC27 single double action 9mm last week. I am a very experienced shooter and cannot get it through a magazine of new 115 grain brass ammo without at least 2 failures to extract or 1 failure to feed on the first round using the slide release. I’m at about 220 rounds now. Cleaned after every 40 rounds. I’ve tried self defense ammo, aluminum and brass, all new factory ammo. I can’t see anything wrong with the gun but man, it will not cycle to save it’s own life. Guess I’ll be trying Chiappa’s warranty out tomorrow. Such a let down for being NATO approved and tested. Hmmmmm
Wow your company is super creative with out forgetting about history.
Is company Chiappa(importer) any good. firearms from Turkey look ok.
Wish he would have talked about the gun itself (Mc27) and the company. Show details, the process of making and designing it, the metals used, the testing of it, how is it any better or equal to any other mainstream handgun?ect ect, not just a video of him. We wanted to see the gun with details. This is just a video covering the basics of handguns. What about the gun you’re promoting???
can you make a video of the chiappa m4-22 pistol? I have always heard customer serv not so great, but have never bought a chiappa firearm. if so has it improved? not trying to offend anyone just want to do good biz
You call these FUCKS UP at Chiappa, and you get BITCH BRITNEY!!! She will never transfer your calls to a supervisor/manager EVER!!!!!! When I get my gun back from them, it will get melted down and made into a paperweight that I will send back DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK! FUCK THIS COMPANY AND HOW THEY TREAT IT’S CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What about the MC14 380 ! Can not seem to find much about it or FULL SPEC. sheet with FULL description.
You web site has the worst spec.information available I have ever seen. The detail page does not give much information. Not even an owners manual download available that I could find.
Please do not wear a black shirt during gun reviews. Need to be wearing white or a bright solid color to provide enough contrast to actually see the firearm.
saving ma pennies for a sexy case hardened 1887 bootleg
10mm Rhino?
Anyone else own this gun? Just took one on trade only have 3 rounds through it that I fired be4 purchase. Any experience or knowledge on this model would be appreciated. First hand experience of long term use?
Looks pretty good, I’d have to see how it feels in the hand and performs on the range. My two particular favorite guns on the planet are the 1911, and the Witness. Why the Witness particularly? The Yugo is a good car, but if you send it to Ferrari for a rebuild it’s better.
Out of curiosity, what grips would fit the mc27 DAO? Recently purchased it, shipped today, and would like to put a set of g10 grips on it. Thanks in advance.
I hope the customer service has improved there, bad, very bad!
For a cheap firearm it shoots awesome. I like it better than my XD
Restrike is so faux pas in the "tactical" (read: Moms basement) forums. They say always tap rack bang. Though failure is typically rare, what is 99% likely to happen in a failure situation REGARDLESS OF TRAINING is that the operator will pull the trigger again. This is because
A: Failure is very rare and people who train for it (idiots with nothing better to do) prime themselves to expect failure in those trainings.
B: Controlled environments are the best case scenario for noticing (and intentionally creating) failures, not in real action.
Therefore restrike capability makes the natural reaction also the correct reaction. That is a proper design and a feature minimized by an unflappable blind dedication to striker fired pistols.
Would be nice to actually see the gun… Holding against your black shirt makes that difficult.
and I dont always believe everything I hear or read. I like to give it a shot on my own
Do your m9s take Beretta’s magazine
And good job on the script reading. 👍 Forget personal experience or involvement, just read.
I really wish the M9 didn’t have the odd vertical cocking serrations.
show me how to take ddown the MC27 and i will buy it if i like it. i was debating on that or the bersa UC9mm comparable guns. but the take down is too easy on the bersa. now i hope the chiappa isnt too hard. show. and tell.
